What’s Included • Limited Text & Email Support A safe, supportive place to think out loud, ask questions, and get guidance. • Ongoing Idea & Content Development Help shaping content ideas, storytelling, business direction, collaborations, and strategy with first responder culture in mind. • Content Review & Feedback Light review on posts, captions, reel ideas, emails, or outlines to help you communicate clearly and authentically. • Direct Guidance & Encouragement Support rooted in real-life experience, not generic business advice. How Communication Works • Up to 2 responses per business day (Monday–Friday) • Typical response time is within 24 hours • Messages sent evenings, weekends, or holidays are answered the next business day.
